A downloadable game for Windows

We follow the journey of illegal immigrants just after their migration. They need to help each other to survive.

Qelnevah is a country that has been cut off from the rest of the world for over two centuries. Economically, it first withdrew by ending all its trade partnerships, embracing a declared protectionist policy. Geographically, it then reinforced its isolation by constructing a massive wall to physically mark its permanently closed border. Since then, rumors about Qelnevah have multiplied — some describing horrors, others fueling fantasies of paradise. There is also much speculation about their supposed technological advancement in robotics, an area in which they were pioneers before severing ties with the world.



Our forthcoming dreams is an old-school JRPG with an emphasis on story, dialogue and music. It deals with themes like migration, loss, cultural discovery and embracing diversity, as well as more traditional JRPG themes like war, adventure and mystery. The main influences for the game are Xenogears and Final Fantasy 6.

Nous suivons le parcours des immigrants clandestins juste après leur migration. Ils doivent s'entraider pour survivre.

Qelnevah est un pays coupé du reste du monde depuis plus de deux siècles. Économiquement, d'abord, après avoir mis fin à tous ses partenariats commerciaux pour entrer dans un protectionnisme revendiqué. Géographiquement, ensuite, après avoir construit un immense mur pour matérialiser cette frontière définitivement fermée. Depuis, les on-dit se multiplient au sujet de Qelnevah, certains racontant des horreurs, d'autres nourrissant des fantasmes de paradis. On parle également beaucoup de leur supposée avancée technologique en terme de robotique, dont ils ont été les précurseurs avant de se couper du reste du monde.


Our forthcoming dreams est un JRPG centré sur l'histoire, les dialogues et la musique. Il aborde des thèmes comme la migration, le deuil, la découverte culturelle et l'acceptation de la diversité, parmi d'autres plus classiques comme la guerre, l'aventure et le mystère. Les principales influences du jeu sont Xenogears et Final Fantasy 6.

Hi, I'm enjoying this game, and this is my feedback. (English is not my first language, so please excuse me if there are any mistakes)

So far, I like the story and atmosphere of this game. And I really feel a deeper connection with these people when I get close to them. I gave up after the first battle though...because one of my characters was killed by bats, and the four characters didn't have any skills to help me win the battle. Would you consider making the battle part easier?

I'll be curious to see how the story develops next. ;)

At the beginning of the game, you have some items in stock to revive your characters when they die. Maybe I should notice the player!

Anyway, you won’t need them for long as you will learn new capabilities after only 2 battles I think!

Thanks for your reply, so I continued playing

But I believe I encountered a bug...

Did I return to the original scene in this place? Then I met the two characters again, and they had joined the team.

(I am a person who gets lost easily...so I spent more time than expected in this underground scene LOL)

I finally found it!!!

It turns out that restoring PV means restoring HP. Because the life value displayed on the battle screen is HP, I never realized it...

I finished the demo and finally figured out how the battle part works.

The graphics, story, and music are all great! Keep it up!

Also, there is a display bug in the text in this place
